TIGERS INDOOR PLAY LTD STRIVE TO BE AS FLEXIBLE AND ACCOMMODATING AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VISIT TO TIGERS, THERE ARE A FEW BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT EXIST TO PROTECT US AND YOU. BY BOOKING WITH US OR ENTERING THE VENUE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
- A minimum of 15 children are required to book a party, any party with less than 15 guests will still be charged the minimum price for 15 children.
- All bookings can be made through our booking system. Please note; in order to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
- You will be required to pay the remaining balance on the Thursday before your party.
- Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card. Sorry American express, personal cheques are not accepted.
- The Pre-payment is non-refundable; however at the discretion of the management, you may re-arrange for a different day or timeslot for a £50 admin fee.
- A booked party session entitles the purchaser to a maximum of a 2 hour session determined by the time of the session booked. The predefined timings of party sessions are listed on our website.
- You must leave at the end of your timed session no matter when you arrived.
- We reserve the right to alter the contents of the party package at any time.
- Indoor play is a physical activity, therefore please take all reasonable precautions as you would when exercising, such as bringing an asthma inhaler, wearing sensible clothing.
- We recommend those with heart conditions, light sensitive epilepsy, who are pregnant, or any other condition that may become worse with physical activity, do not take part in the play frame.
- Use of the venue and equipment is at your own risk.
- Please inform Tigers at the time of booking if there are any special dietary requirements for children in your party.
- Be advised that all food products within the party or cafe meals may contain traces of nuts.
- Although a Tigers party host will be assigned to your party during the time in the party room, we are not a child care service and we cannot always prevent children from leaving the venue. We do require that all children attending the party MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are not responsible for the welfare of your children.
- We recommend one adult should be present per five children. Responsible adults must accompany children at all times and ensure a reasonable level of behavior is maintained.
- All children and adults entering the play structure MUST wear socks.
- Be advised that all food products within the party or cafe meals may contain traces of nuts.
- We do request that guests familiarize themselves with the Rules of Play which are clearly displayed in Tigers reception and inside Tigers Indoor Play Ltd main play area, as by booking with us or entering the venue, you are agreeing to the RULES of PLAY.
- Customers must obey the safety rules at all times for the safety of themselves and others. Customers will be removed from the venue (without refund) if they fail to follow the rules.
