Terms and Conditions for Private Hire
  1. The drop slide and go-karts are operated free of charge to our customers, as such we reserve the right to open the equipment at the company’s discretion and we cannot guarantee this will be open during the hire.
  2. A maximum of 150 children are permitted for a Private Hire.
  3. The Private hire is from 18:30hrs to 20:30hrs, the party organiser may enter the venue 5 minutes before the start time to set up food, decorations etc. However, you must be aware that Tigers staff may still be cleaning from the final public session, and as such, hoovers, power cords, trolleys, etc may be present in the customer area, and you FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE the risk to enter early is ENTIRELY YOUR OWN DECISION and RESPONSIBILITY.
  4. At the conclusion of the Private Hire session, your guests MUST be ready to leave the venue at 20:30hrs.
  5. You will be required to pay any upgrades or café tab, immediately prior to the conclusion of your Private Hire and before leaving the venue.
  6. Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card, and we do not accept American Express or personal cheques.
  7. Pre-payment is non-refundable; however at the discretion of the management, you may re-arrange for a different day or timeslot.
  8. We reserve the right to alter the contents of the party package.
  9. Indoor play is a physical activity, therefore please take all reasonable precautions as you would when exercising, such as bringing an asthma inhaler, wearing sensible clothing.
  10. We recommend those with heart conditions, light sensitive epilepsy, who are pregnant, or any other condition that may become worse with physical activity, do not take part in the play frame.
  11. Use of the venue and equipment is ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  12. Please inform Tigers at the time of booking if there are any special dietary requirements for children in your group.
  13. Be advised that all food products within the party or café meals may contain traces of nuts.
  14. For Private Hire ONLY, Tigers Indoor Play Ltd WILL ALLOW customers to bring their own food and drink into the premises.
  15. If you bring your own food, drink or decorations, you will be responsible for clearing away at the end of your Private Hire. We can supply bin bags if needed.
  16. Although Tigers staff will be assigned to your party during the time or the Private Hire, we are NOT a child care service and we cannot always prevent children from leaving the venue. We do require that all children attending the Private Hire MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are not responsible for the welfare of your children.
  17. We recommend one adult should be present per eight children. Responsible adults must accompany children at all times and ensure a reasonable level of behaviour is maintained.
  18. All children and adults entering the play structure MUST wear socks.
  19. We do request that guests familiarize themselves with the Rules of Play which are clearly displayed in Tigers reception and inside Tigers Indoor Play Ltd main play area, as by booking with us or entering the venue, you are agreeing to the RULES of PLAY.
  20. Customers must obey the safety rules at all times for the safety of themselves and others. Customers will be removed from the venue (without refund) if they fail to follow the rules.
  21. The party rooms are not included in your hire but can be added for an additional £25 cleaning cost per room.
  22. Use of our electrics is not permitted.
  23. If you would like to move any tables/chairs/etc these must be put back by the end of your hire otherwise you may receive an additional cleaning charge.
  24. The staff present on your hire are only there to ensure the safety rules are being followed and to serve snacks and drinks at our café, they are not there to host your party/hire.
  25. If alcohol is consumed on the premises, we reserve to close any extra activities for the customers safety
  26. Use of confetti / glitter is not permitted during a private hire.
